Custom Cosmetic & Toiletry Bag Manufacturer for Beauty & Personal Care Brands

Develop cosmetic pouches, makeup cases and toiletry organizers around your products, brand identity and target price. Annabelle Bag manufactures custom bags in Guangzhou—from quilted and corduroy styles to clear cases and compartment organizers. Start with one of our physical samples or bring your own design. Custom orders start at 300 pieces, subject to the style, materials and color requirements.

Cosmetic Pouches, Clear Cases & Structured Organizers—Made to Your Specification

A soft quilted pouch and a structured makeup case need different patterns, construction methods and finishing details. Our range gives your team several starting points for developing a retail accessory, beauty gift bag or personal-care organizer. Manufacturing bags since 2009, Annabelle Bag combines in-house pattern making, cutting, sewing, inspection and packing in Guangzhou. Our factory operates 12 production lines with more than 200 production workers and a monthly capacity exceeding 100,000 bags across product categories. For your cosmetic or toiletry bag project, we review the body construction, material combinations and assembly details before sampling, so the approved design can move into repeatable batch production.

The Details That Shape a Better Cosmetic or Toiletry Bag

The right construction depends on what the bag will hold, how it should look and where it sits in your product range. These are four decisions we help you work through during development.

Size the Bag Around the Products Inside

A bottle may fit within the stated bag dimensions but still be difficult to pass through the opening. We consider bottle height, cap width, palette dimensions and brush length alongside zipper access and usable interior space. Linings, padding and dividers are included in that assessment, helping avoid a sample that looks right but does not fit the intended contents.

Give Soft and Structured Styles the Right Shape

Quilting spacing and filling thickness affect the appearance of a padded pouch. Corduroy direction changes how adjoining panels look, while foam and support inserts influence the shape of a makeup case. We review these choices together with the pattern, seams and zipper position to achieve the silhouette and hand feel your collection needs.

Build Organization Where It Adds Value

A simple beauty pouch may need one open compartment. A toiletry organizer may benefit from bottle loops, mesh pockets or separate storage for smaller items. We develop the layout around the intended contents and access, balancing useful organization with sewing complexity, material consumption and your target cost.

Make Small Branding Details Work Together

On a compact bag, a large logo, bulky patch or mismatched zipper can change the whole appearance. We review logo scale and placement alongside the fabric texture, trim width, lining color and hardware finish. For clear styles, the visibility of seams and internal details also becomes part of the design.

Specify the Materials, Layout & Finish for Your Collection

Use these options to define your project brief. We can review a reference sample, artwork or a list of requirements and identify the details that need to be settled before sampling. For qualified bulk-order projects, first-sample support may be available. Standard sampling usually takes around seven working days after details are confirmed; courier charges and any special development costs are agreed separately.

Materials & Surface Finish

Explore corduroy, quilted textiles, polyester, nylon and PU finishes, or clear PVC and TPU options for transparent styles. Specify the texture, softness, thickness and lining direction you want. Final material selection follows the product construction, target cost and any order-specific testing or documentation requirements.

Logo & Brand Details

Printing, embroidery, woven labels, patches and selected branded hardware can be considered for your design. Send the artwork with its intended size and position so we can assess how it works on a ribbed, padded, coated or transparent surface.

Opening & Interior Layout

Define the opening direction, number of compartments, pocket positions and required access. Options can include mesh dividers, elastic loops, brush storage and removable inner pouches, depending on the style. We confirm pocket dimensions and attachment positions during sampling.

Zippers, Handles & Supporting Components

Specify zipper type, puller shape, handle position and trim details. Foam, support boards and reinforcement can be adjusted where the design needs additional structure. Component choices are reviewed together to keep the bag comfortable to open, carry and pack.

Colors & Coordinated Styles

Coordinate the outer fabric, lining, zipper tape, binding and logo across a single style or a related range. Different materials may reproduce the same color differently, so physical swatches and sample components are used to agree the final combination.

Labels & Retail Packaging

Add branded labels, hang tags, barcode stickers and individual packaging according to your sales channel. For multi-piece collections, specify which bags belong together, how they should be presented and whether they will be packed separately or as a set.

From Product Brief to a Production-Ready Bag

Before production begins, we turn your design choices into clear specifications for the production team. Standard bulk production is generally planned for 4–5 weeks after written pre-production sample approval, deposit confirmation and material readiness.

1. Review the Contents and Commercial Brief

Share the intended contents, reference style, quantity, target price and packaging plan. If the bag needs to fit a particular bottle or product assortment, provide dimensions or physical samples. We use this information to review the size, construction and quotation.

2. Develop and Evaluate the Sample

The sample brings together the selected materials, opening, compartments and branding. Your team can check the fit with actual contents, assess the appearance and identify any changes before the specification is finalized.

3. Lock the Details for Bulk Production

Record the approved dimensions, materials, colors, components and logo placement, together with any agreed tolerances and inspection requirements. The production team uses the approved sample and specification to check the first assembled pieces before the batch proceeds.

4. Confirm Packing and Order Identification

Agree the labels, quantities, style and color combinations, and carton markings before packing. Structured cases and transparent bags may need different packing arrangements from soft pouches, so presentation and transit protection are reviewed for the selected design.

Quality Checks Focused on Fit, Finish & Construction

Inspection priorities follow the approved design. For cosmetic and toiletry bags, we pay particular attention to the areas that affect appearance, access and consistency across the order.

Usable Space & Compartment Position

Check finished dimensions, pocket placement and divider alignment against the agreed specification. Where reference contents are supplied, use them to assess fit and access.

Zipper Movement & Opening Shape

Check that zippers operate smoothly, the opening retains its intended shape and the lining stays clear of the zipper path. On multi-section cases, review the alignment of adjoining openings.

Quilting, Panel Alignment & Edge Finishing

Inspect quilting lines, fabric direction, seam alignment and binding for a consistent appearance. Check corners and transitions where several materials or layers meet.

Lining, Supports & Handle Attachments

Review lining fit, internal seams, support placement and handle attachment points. Confirm that the assembled bag follows the structure and finish of the approved sample.

Branding, Surface Condition & Packing

Check logo placement, labels, visible surfaces and packing details. Transparent styles receive particular attention to visible marks and finishing; padded or structured bags are checked for presentation within the agreed packaging.

Questions About Your Cosmetic & Toiletry Bag Project

Yes. Send the product dimensions or physical samples, the number of items to be packed and a reference for the style you want. Include whether the products should stand upright, lie flat or sit in separate sections. We can use that information to develop the bag dimensions and prepare a sample for fit assessment.
We can develop coordinated sizes with shared materials and branding. Please specify the quantity of each size and whether they will be sold individually or together. Minimum quantities are assessed across the different patterns, material consumption and component requirements; the standard 300-piece starting MOQ does not automatically cover every combination of sizes and colors.
Beyond dimensions and material choice, quilting, padding, structural inserts, extra compartments, multiple zippers and detailed edge finishing can increase the number of operations. If you have a target price, share it early so we can identify which features to prioritize and which construction details could be simplified.
An appropriate coated or synthetic lining can make routine cleaning easier. That alone does not make the finished bag leakproof: seams, zipper openings and panel construction also affect how liquids behave. Tell us the intended exposure and cleaning method so the material and construction can be evaluated against a specific requirement.
The choice depends on the desired clarity, softness, thickness, cost and material requirements for your market. We can review available options and samples with your team. If your project requires particular material declarations or testing, include those requirements before the material is selected.
Our standard quotation covers the bag and the agreed labels and packaging. Cosmetics, bottles, brushes and other contents are not included unless expressly listed. If you plan to sell a filled gift set, tell us how the filling and final assembly will be handled so we can account for the bag’s fit and packing requirements.
Yes, the approved construction can be used as the basis for a new version. Send the updated color or artwork requirements and expected quantity. Material availability, supplier minimums and any component changes will be reviewed, and revised details may require a new sample or color approval.
Packing should match the construction. Some soft pouches can be packed flat, while clear panels, padded bodies and supported cases may need a different arrangement to protect their appearance. Tell us whether the bags will go directly to retail, into a gift box or to a fulfillment warehouse so we can agree an appropriate packing method.
