Our standard starting MOQ is 300 pieces. A split between colors or logo versions may be possible when the material, component and production requirements allow it.
Different styles or custom-dyed materials may carry separate minimums. Send the quantity for each version so we can assess the combination before preparing the quotation.
Most standard samples take around seven working days after the main specifications, materials and branding are confirmed.
Custom-dyed fabric, specially sourced hardware or more complex development may take longer. The expected sample completion date is confirmed before development begins.
For a qualified project with a clear bulk purchasing plan, Annabelle Bag may waive the fee for one initial sample after reviewing the brief.
International courier charges are generally paid by the customer. Special tooling and other applicable development charges are confirmed separately before sampling starts.
Yes, but each size needs its own review. Increasing the dimensions can change the proportions, opening size, base support and carrying arrangement.
Shoe pockets and laptop sections may need different treatment from the main compartment rather than being enlarged by the same percentage. Include the intended contents and quantity for each size in your inquiry.
We can develop water-resistant constructions using suitable materials and details. A waterproof fabric alone does not establish the performance of the finished bag or compartment.
Seams, zippers and openings also need to match the required protection. Tell us whether the product needs to handle light rain, damp clothing or a specified test condition so we can assess the construction and testing required.
Bulk materials are compared with the approved sample or agreed reference. If a noticeable difference is found, we notify you and provide information for review before proceeding with the affected material.
For projects with strict color or material requirements, the reference and acceptable variation should be agreed before production.
Changes affecting the dimensions, main opening, compartment construction, fabric or carrying system may require a revised sample because they can change how the bag packs, carries or holds its shape.
Smaller changes may sometimes be confirmed through updated artwork, material references or photos. We review the change and confirm the appropriate next step, including any effect on cost and timing.
Provide the external size limits and the measuring method required for your product. We agree the measurement points, whether the bag is measured empty or packed, and how handles, pockets and other projections are treated.
Soft bags can change shape when filled, so the loaded sample should also be assessed where relevant. The dimensional tolerance is agreed for the order; airline acceptance remains subject to the applicable baggage rules.
